Details	-No smoking -No pets -1 person per 1 room [Minimum Stay] Basically minimum stay of 6 months is required. If you’re planning to stay for less than 6 months, please let us know. We will show you special rent for short-stay. [Facilities] We prepare some home devices (washing machine,kitchen equipment,vacuum, and so on) to share. There are not private things and private room equipments (bed,blanket,towel,and so on). These are available for rent. Please contact us for details. [Guarantor, ID] We don’t need a guarantor. Copy of passport is required. [Deposit] We need 2 month rent as a deposit. We will refund a deposit in full when you leave the house if there’s no problem.
